i dont like the way this sounds, and i have no idea what the hell sidechaining is, but the fact that you stuck thru to the end even tho you hated it is why you get a 9...:D

Sidechaining is how the volume kind of dips down around each kick. You get that sound by compressing the kick in a way.

it reminds me of weasel stomping day on robot chicken..because its so ignorantly happy, then it just cracks like that and gets so much more complex..with one more track...love it

well emotionally, i empathize and sympathize

and i get what your saying with the whole beyond words thing, most people do, but this song just doesnt sound that sad haha. its kind of...lost? or misunderstood, then the piano comes in and it just kinda drifts into a scene with some poor kid in an alleyway crying, then the bass comes in and he turns to crime to feed his young sister who becomes a whore...idk...i think too much, thats what went thru my head the first time listening to this...either way love the song haha

thanks i pictured during the beginning that it was some trouble going through his life so he rises up and kills someone but the second part i thought it would be a little bit of a emotional break down. At the third part i thought it would show what he had done and that he cannot go back... but yours i can picture too it seems to a life of being nothing.... which is pretty sad too but thanks for your honest reply!

this should def be a whole song

this could make a seriusly awesome song..but dont keep it as intense the whole way thru, ya know? kinda mellow it out for breakdowns and verses, either way...great loop
